Here’s a collection of projects I’ve worked on and their impact. In summary, they include:

Checkr: I lead products through the full design process, from research and inception to definition.

UCSF: I did the information architecture and interaction design for the HIV+ Treatment App, WYZ.

Tophatter: I conducted user research, informed product strategy, designed animation, studied interaction design, built prototypes, and did usability testing for Tophatter’s mobile app and website.
Checkr - company that’s run 80+ million background checks
I built an internal dashboard so that Checkr employees could have better visibility into customer accounts. In building this dashboard, I:
Exposed, organized, and contextualized all settings (and deprecated irrelevant ones)
Improved information architecture to speed up workflows
Reduced reliance on impersonating customer accounts to see settings
Promoted internal self-service to reduce the need to file engineering tickets
Internal dashboard
Content design and information architecture
Launched March 2021

Customers could not create or change rules around motor vehicle records without contacting Checkr support, which caused a lot of operational overload. I designed a product experience to let customers have transparency and create their own motor vehicle record rules. These rules are applied to Candidate records and provide an assessment value for consistency and speed in adjudication.
